GREETINGS
Pennsylvania for the same price.
We further resent the fact that
the governor is leading a move
to curb the powers or eliminate
the powers of the Milk Marketing
Board which has been the
stablizing factor m Penn
sylvania’s largest agricultural
enterprise over the past 37 years.
We further ask why does the
governor advocate going out of
state to buy milk when the
Commonwealth prohibits
residents going out of state to
purchase quantities of liquor and
cigarettes a lot cheaper than our
state can sell these commodities
to our citizens.
The Pennsylvania State
Grange strongly endorses the
Milk Marketing Board and urges
its continuance as a separate
function of government not
related to any other department
of the Commonwealth.
