has added to her second yearly
production record exceeding a
half ton of butterfat With her 305-
day lactation over 1,000 pounds of
butterfat, she continued to milk
for a 365-day record of 21,964
pounds of milk and 1,153 pounds
of butterfat
“Regina” started her lactation
at the age of 5 years 2 months and
was milked twice daily. Sired by
Gray View Crisscross 1378594
(EX), a bull that has earned Gold
Medal Sire recognition, she was
bred in the Frey herd.

Stoltzfus, Gap, were recognized
as follows-

The cows made their records
under Dairy Herd Improvement
Registry rules, a program that
incorporates the DHIA records of
Registered Holstein cows into the
national Association’s breed
improvement programs.
These new records compare to
the average U.S. cow’s output of
9,388 pounds of milk.
