The goal of every member is to
attain the title of “breeder”
which, in livestock circles,
suggests a special kind of
dairyman, one who excels in
improving the genetic base of his
herd. This excellence is achieved
through superior management
and is complemented by the
official performance programs
which evaluate production and
functional conformation to each
animal. The result: a more ef
ficient dairy cow, a direct ad
vantage to the producer and
ultimately the consumer of milk
and dairy products.
