Campbell Coons, a-k-a John C. Coons, a-k-a J. D. Coons, late
of Fannett Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania,
deceased, will offer at public sale on the premises, his farm in
Fannett Township about five miles North of Dry Run and
about two miles South of Concord, containing 251 acres,
more or less, of which 161 acres are tillable, and the balance,
mountain land; bounded by lands of Charles Felmlee, Hays
Lauthers, Dale Shoop and fronting on the public highway
known as the back road from Dry Run to Concord, improved
with a 2Vz story frame 8-room, metal roof dwelling, 40 x 80 ft.
