% cup sugar
21/4 teaspoons baking powder
Vz teaspoon salt
Vz cup oats
2 eggs, beaten
Va cup melted shortening
1 cup mashed banana
Sprinkle blueberries with 2
teaspoons of flour. Sift together
remaining flour, sugar, baking
powder and salt Stir in oats
Blend together eggs, shortening,
and banana, add dry ingredients,
stirring until just combined
Add bluebemes, stir just
enough to distribute them even
ly throughout batter Pour bat
