. Registrations by Lancaster
Cooaty fanners in the ,U.S.
feed grain program are up "pro-
bably because of no acreage
limitation on corn,” according
to Miss Dorothy Neel, ASCS
executive director.
The limitations on corn have
been removed because of the
scarcity following last year’s
blight
So far, with the filing dead
line April 9, some 251 farms are
registered in the feed grain
program with a base of 4,779
acres.
And 289 farms are in the
wheat program with 1,059 acres
of domestic allotment on which
fanners can earn payment.
