Officers were elected by club
Penn Willow 4-H Club members for the new year The
officers are as follows Greg
produced by each Registered
Holstein since last calving.
The Holstein Association’s
testing program has provided
for determining SNF nutrients
since 1962. This is the part of
milk that contains protein, lac
tose, minerals and other ele
ments so important to the nu
trition and taste of milk.
Total nutrient testing as spon
sored by the Holstein Associa
tion is in step with today’s con
sumer demands. It provides the
Holstein breeder with informa
tion for improving the overall
performance of his herd. The
homemaker can use it as a
measure of milk’s food value.
