Mrs. Dorothy Fry, librarian
for the Ephrata Area Schools,
gave a description of her library
educational summer. She travel
ed with 26 librarians from the
States into the European coun
tries of Spam, Greece. Yugo
slavia, Austria and the Scandi
navian countries.
Next meeting will be held
November 21 at the home of
Mrs. William Eberly, Mt. Airy.
Tam Worren Society 12 met
recently at the home of Mrs
Harold Wissler of Millersville
with Mrs. Raymond Aston as co
hostess Mrs Clarence Witmer
was in charge of devotions.
The meeting was conducted by
the president, Miss Ethel Kindig.

by selling Clmstmas cards at

It was voted to give a donation
of $25 to the Faun and Home
Center. It was decided that the
group would plan to have an
exhibit table at the Homemakers
Christmas program to be held at
the Farm and Home Center on
Monday, November 30
The program featured a Har
vest Sale among members. Mem
bers were also reminded to each
bring thread and needle to the
next meeting. The next meeting
will be held Saturday, November
14, at the home of Mrs Richard
Gregory, Conestoga, when cancer
pads will be sewn.
