Fne destroyed a large barn, some dairy calves and pigs, and equipment on the farm of Henry Kettering late Thuisday night. The farm is located at Lititz RD3 along Airport Road be tween Lancaster Airport; and the Neffsville Brethren HtWttfc. Kettering rents the property from the Home. The fire was first reported by passersby at about 11 p.tn. Several fire companies helped keep the fire from spreading to nearby buildings. Firemen also rescued two family pets, a large dog and goat, after most of the building had been destroyed. The ani mals were in the section OVet the milk parlor, which was'a small wing connected to one corner of the barn. The parlor, which firemen kept soaked With water, was not burned. LLOYD H.
