Landfill Behind Dairy Termed Health Hazard The City Board of Health Tues day night declaicd a "landfill” operation behind Martin’s Dairy, 560 Lampeter Road, to be a "health hazard and a public nui sance.” Health Officer Richaid S Wil liamtnee reported to the board city health and fire officials re ceived a number of complaints about the landfill operation. Upon inspection, Williammee said he determined the area be hind the dairy to be a fire hazard and a breeding giound for rats.
