Pennsylvania vegetable grow
ers have entered an era of total
mechanization including seed
ing. harvesting, and packaging,
according to an Extension agri
cultural engineer at The Penn
sylvania State University.
Burton S.Hornc told the Vege
table Growers Conference re
cently that "the total harvester
