The problem of surface vehicle movement grows worse each year at the present location, while the Commission found that completion of Interstate 81 and the relocation and improvement of Crooked Hill Road and Elm erton Avenue promised condi tions of relatively smooth-flowing vehicular traffic Site B offers about twice as much surface area for all pur poses and has much greater po tential for expansion and flexi bihty by means of its landscape. The complex is planned for a minimum of 40 years’ use.
