The referendum requires that approval will be obtained if at least two-thirds of those voting favor the plan providing these producers represent at least 50% of the milk from those voting. If the plan is approved, all milk producers in the state will be compelled to make the deduc tion. The important suggestion is that all dairymen become ac quainted with all phases of the program and then vote in the referendum when the ballot is received by mail early in Decem ber.
