With continued snow cover this damage could get much worse and some shrubs may be damaged beyond recov ery. The time of the year is approaching when many farm agreements will be made and in terested parties are urged to make these in a businesslike manner. When the details of the agreement have been reached, they should be put in writing and all parties receive a copy. When the lease is reviewed or renewed each year it reminds the partners of their obligations and gives a chance for both par ties to see if the lease is doing its intended job. When the part nership arrangements are in writing, there is less change of misunderstanding and dissatis faction.
