the Maiyland Egg Laws, and
their enforcement, present and
future. They also told the mer
chandisers that many services
are available from the Depait
ment of Markets at the Umvei
sity of Maiyland and that all the
“eggmen’ ’ have to do is ask

He added that, "eggs at then
present price are an awfully

steak,” he continued, “and one
and a half dozen for a pound of
hot dogs.”

intendent of weights and mea
sures at the University of Mary
land, gave a slide tape presen
tation on some new ideas foi
marketing eggs.

wood Gardens, was sponsored by
the Maryland State Poultry
Council, Inc, in cooperation
with the Department of Mar
kets and the Department of
Poultry Science, Univeisity of
Maiyland
