    Four Young Men Arrested
In Deer Killing Spree
A discussion among four
Franklin County young men
over who could illegally kill the
most deer in Potter County has
resulted in heavy fines and con
finement in jail for short peri
ods of time for the quartet.
Eleven deer were found by
wildlife conservation officers,
although the quartet admitted
they had fired at and hit numer
ous other whitetails.

The arrest of the four ended

hunting camp used by the four
found a wild turkey which had
been taken in close season, and
filed additional charges against
