    THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 9-15 has been declared “Pennsylvania
Young Farmers Week” by Governor Raymond P. Shafer. The men re
presenting the Pennsylvania Young Farmers Association, Inc. who
witnessed the Proclamation signing by the Governor are: (seated, left
