hunting license shall be issued
to any person under the age of
sixteen years unless he presents
evidence that he has held a hunt
ing license issued by the com

another state in a puor year, or
a certificate showing that the
youth has satisfactorily com
pleted a hunter safety course
such as administered by the
Pennsylvania Game Commission.
