Local receipts included 75 per cent slaughter steers. 21 per cent heifers, the balance mostly cows. Overall finish of slaughter steers 23 per cent prime and 63 per cent choice compared with 22 per cent prime and 66. per cent choice last week and lO per cent prime and 75 per cent choice last year. Average- coafc and weight of slaughter stterd; estimated at 30.75 and 1155 lbs, compared with 3184 -and 1161 lbs last week and 27.46 and 1161 lbs last year.
