He will be going to Penn State and major in animal hus bandry. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Smoker. Jay is a graduate of the 1969 Ephrata Union High School. Mrs Smok er is a member of Society 3. The annual picnic July 20, at Walter’s Park pavilion was out lined. Also future bus trips to the shore, Aug. 23; to New York State, taking in West Point, Hyde Park, Vanderbilt Mansion, and other points, returning by way of the Poconos, Oct 4-5.
