Noah Kreider Jr., Manheim, will help to explore such ques tions as the size of the fund that may be required and the rate and method of assessment. Such a program would be carried out under the Agricul tural Commodities Marketing Act of 1968 which permits a commodity group to call for a referendum among affected pro ducers who would have an op portunity to vote for or against a self-assessment " John Epler, Northumberland, ED 1, has been named tempor ary chairman of a committee.
