PERSONAL LOANS FOR FAMILY FUN
For Henry S. R utter. Assistant Vice President of The
Conestoga National Bank and manager of our Manheitn
Township Office, family camping is one of the most
rewarding forms of recreation. Henry's wife and two
daughters agree with him completely.
Isn't it time your family had a little fun... together?
Camping equipment, a new recreation room, a late
fall vacation, even a short family trip could work
wonders for everyone. But whatever you decide on, you
know it will require extra money. Yet that's no reason
to forego giving your family that special treat.
A Personal Loan for family fun from your Headquarters
for Money Matters will make it possible to carry out your
recreational plans... now. Someday you'll look back
on these good times shared with your family as among
your fondest memories... and best investments.
Start storing up memories today with the help of a
Family Fun Loan from The Conestoga National Bank.

Ladies, Have You Heard?...
Give Leather G.iuncnts Special Care
Clean suede or leather gaiments befoie
stoi ing
Have matching purse or boots cleaned at
the same time so colors can be matched as
nearly as possible when natuial oils are re
stored or garment is ledyed.
For emergency spot or stain removal, do
not use cleaning fluids or rough wne brushes:
they’ll cause white oi light spots
A soft bustle biush or damp sponge is
best to use around pockets, cuffs, and neck
lines.
Avoid storing suede and leather gaiments
in plastic bags which do not permit free cir
culation of air. If placed in these bags, gar
ments will become hard and dry
Store in a cool place
Flank steak is a boneless steak
with very little fat Because it’s
a less tender cut of meat you’ll
want to braise it.
Use moist heat to cook the
steak.
You can marinate the meat
and slice it very thin
Because flank steak has a
well-developed flavor you can
stuff it with a good bread stuff
ing or make a' swiss steak
Flank steak is what you want
to make London broil.
Count on about three sen mgs
from each pound of flank steak

Parents Need to Offer
Mature Love
The basic essential for effect

The parent lets the child make
