Bicycle Safety Week Proclaimed April 10-17 Governor Raymond P Shafer will proclaim April 10 through 17 to be Bicycle Safety Week m Pennsylvania During this week a statewide bike safety cam paign will be waged throughout the Commonwealth. The campaign will be aimed at urging parents to take the time to teach bike safety to their children.
