In a small mixing bowl, beat
eggs well Add milk Mix until
smooth. Sift together flour, sug

and beat into a smooth batter
Blend in chocolate. Refrigerate
for at least 1 hour Pour about
2 tablespoons batter Tor each
crepe on a lightly buttered, heat
ed grill Bake 2 to 3 minutes
per side.

ries, % cup water, and sugar. l
Bring cherry mixture to a rapid
boil. Add remaining water to
cornstarch: blend to a smooth
paste. Add to cherry mixture.
Continue to cook. Stirring con
stantly, ’until thick and clear,
about 5 minutes. Remove from
heat. Add margarine and lemon
juice. Serve ’hot sauce over 2
individual crepes per serving
Makes 8 servings (2 crepes
each )
