Slice pears ratio large bowl; sprinkle with sugar, flour and cinnamon. Toss lightly until all dices are coated, then place in prepared pie pan. Sprinkle with sugar mixture remaining in bowl and dot with butter. Cov er with top crust, vent, and seal edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Add butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Continue cooking and stirring for 2-3 minutes.
