cups cubed roast veal
cup salad oil
tablespoons lemon juice
tablespoons catsup
tablespoons finely chopped
onion
small garlic clove, pressed
teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
2-oz. jar sliced pimiento
4-oz. can sliced mushrooms
with liquid
ounces wide egg noodles,
cooked
chicken bouillon cube dis
solved in 1 cup boiling
water
cup shredded Cheddar
cheese
Combine oil, lemon juice,
catsup, onion, garlic, salt and
pepper. 'Place tihie veal in a
large skillet and pour the oil
mixture over at. Marinate 30
minutes. Heat veal and marin
ade 10 minutes. Stir in pimien
■to, mushrooms, noodles and
bouillon. Heat, stirring occa
sionally, until toot, and liquid
is tabsorbed, about 10 minutes.
Top each serving with cheese.
8 servings.
