Break cream cheese into small pieces and mix with whip ping cream and remaining Ms package (1% cups) marshmal lows. Place both pineapple marshmallow mixture and marshmallow-cream mixture in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight until marsh mallows are well softened. Shortly before serving, beat marshmallow mixture until like whipped cream. Fold in the pineapple-marshmallow mixture and 4 cups chopped fresh cran berries. Place in serving dish or dishes and refrigerate until served. NOTE: the ingredients for this salad can all be prepared the night before use. CRANBERRY PUNCH 1 cup uncooked rolled oats V 2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup brown sugar cup butter 1 1-lb. can whole cranberry sauce 1 quart vanilla ice cream Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mux oats, flour, and brown sug ar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Place half of this mixture in an 8x8” greased cake dish Cover with cranberry sauce Top with rest of mixture Bake 45 mm utes at 350 degrees Serve hot in squares topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
