Rules Stated
The rules for the five acre
corn contest were announced
this week by Arnold G. Lueck,
Associate Agricultural Agent!
They are as follows:
1. Only machine harvested,
either picker or picker-sheller
or combine, will be done. No
hand harvesting.
2. In order to obtain a high
er degree of sampling accura
cy, five (5) randomly selected
locations within each field will
be chosen At each of the chos
en locations we will haivest
two rows The distance to har
vest will depend on jour row
width. We will likely cut away
by hand a three foot area at
