Magic Carpet is designed to be used in practically
any type of feeding system. Loads from your silo or
directly from the chopper wagon. Now you can enjoy
the benefits of bunk feeding year 'round.
SELF CLEANING...
This is the only bunk feeder ever developed that
automatically cleans itself. As the carpet is drown back,
it pulls uneaten particles with it. You simply scrape them
out at the return end. Feed in a clean bunk every time.
CONTROL UNIT...
Carpet direction control is determined by a special
three position manual control switch. The entire feeding
operation is controlled at one end of the bunk. Quantity
of feed delivered is determined by the speed of the carpet
( 5V2 feet per minute is standard).

Magic Carpet is with silo feeding. Feed drops down the
chute onto the carpet and is drawn down the bunk,
smoothly and without grinding action, if you feed the
groin with forage, you can mix it onto the bunk ... from
one end.
AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
When the carpet reaches the end of the bunk, a
special "trip-switch" automatically shuts off the power
unit. No more "guess work" about when the feeding
cycle is over. Galvanized metal construction assures years
of dependable service. . ,
POWER UNIT...
Material is loaded on the carpet as it is being drawn
toward the drive unit. Horsepower requirement is low
... one H.P. motor for 100 ft. bunk. The entire drive as
sembly, motor gear reducer and cable drums are covered
by heavy duty housing with door for easy entry.
