The main field day events will be held on the Louis Hurst farm which ad joins both Stauffer’s and the plowing contest site. The Lancaster County Dairy Princess, Anna Mae Donough, will be on hand, Stauffer said, to present the various awards, trophies, and door prizes. In other business at the di rectors meeting, ten conserva tion agreements totaling 787 acres were approved. The bus fare will be $1.25. In recent years, the tour has filled between two and four buses. Oberholtzer urges all those interested in joining the tour August Ist to “Go by bus and visit with your fellow poultry men”.
