About the middle of June inspectors will be examining fields of winter barley, winter oats, winter wheat and rye. Later they will inspect spring barley, spring oats, hybrid corn, tomatoes, potatoes, tobacco and crownvetch fields whose own ers desire certification. Cyril F Campbell, in charge of the agriculture department’s seed certification program, said there are 50 glowers of certi fied seed in Pennsylvania.
