Prices for light hens were
unchanged to higher De
mand light and indifferent as
some unsettledness developed
due in part to lower prices
cunently being negotiated for
ice packed canner style hens.
Offerings ad e q uate. Trading
on heavy hens very light as a
difference of opinion develop
ed between Hock owners and
buyers. Offerings adequate for
a fair interest. Prices paid at
farm: Light hens 5-6%, most
ly 5Vz -6V2 ; Heavy Hens, too
few to report.
