that a statewide checkup will
begin February 15 for unli
censed dogs.
According to T. Luke Toom

Dog Law Enforcement. State
Department of Agriculture,
anyone owning or harboring a
dog over six months of a'ge
not bearing a current license
will be subject to prosecution
