USDA Amends
Egg Products
Inspection Plan
In an effort to further assure
a Salmonella-free egg-product,
the United States Department
of Agriculture this week
amended the -regulations of,
and added some teeth to, the
voluntary egg products in
spection -program. The amend
ments become effective Janu
ary 1, 1967.
