The southeastern Pennsyl vania District DHIA directors’ meeting will te hosted by Lan caster County this year, Pins tow told the board. This all day conference will be held in March, and will involve about 60 persons. The president ap pointed directors Melvin Groff and Raymond Hoover to find a place to hold the district meet ing. Plastow announced that four association testers .would be eligible for plaques to be awarded at the district confer ence, and Breneman appoint ed I. Eby Hostetter as com mittee chairman to work up applications for the award by December 16. At the last testers’ meeting, Wilbur Houser stated, the su pervisors had suggested making the association annual report available to owner-sampler herds free of charge Houser also reported he had secured three bids for printing the re port The board voted to leave selection of a printer to Hous er, and decided to have enough copies of the repoit printed to distribute copies to owner samplei members.
