Local 4-H’ers Take 2 Titles At Horse Show Three members of 4-H Horse find Pony Clubs jn Lancaster County won placings in five events at the State Horse and Pony Show last week at Har risburg. Two won state cham pionships. Ann Hinsrdeer, 750 Kayo Ave., Lancaster, was named state champion in the Western pleasure (over 14 hands) Class. Miss Hinerdeer also scored fifth in the senior division of Stock Seat Equitation Donald Stock, Jr., 11 Manor Avenue, Millersville, repeated his performance of last year by successfully defending his title in the junior division Saddle Seat Equitation. Stock also took second place in Eng lish Pleasure (over-14 hands) Class. Two, fourth placings were, won by Cindy Hamill, Quarry ville R 2, in English Pleasure.- and in the senior division of Saddle Seat Equitation Several other county club members were awarded par ticipation ribbons at the State Show. They were; Keith Shef fer, Joanne Roether, Jerry Kissinger, Kirk Bussell, Carol DONALD STOCK with his 16-year-old‘ gelding “Ensign’s Parader”, following his championship win in> the junior division of the Saddle Seat Equitation Class. Stock is the son of Mr. and, Mrs. Donald Stock, Sr., 11 Manor Ave., Lancaster. He is a member of the Lancaster Rough Riders.
