Fulton Grange Hears River Basin Authority William Volght, Director o£ the Interstate Advisory Com mittee of the Susquehanna River Basin, was the speaker at the regular meeting of Ful ton Grange November 14 He cited the need for the Com pact, and gave an illustrated talk on it. Corn and Pie Night was ob served. The Home Economics Committee was in charge of the pie contest, »nd Mrs. Wil liam Fredd judged the twenty seven entries. Winners were: Apple —1, Mrs. Gyles Brown; 2, Mrs Harold Alexander. Spiced pumpkin —1, Mrs. Theodore Beck; 2, Mrs. Charles Tuidall, Sr. Plain pumpkin 1, Mrs. Joseph Sinclair, 2, Mrs. Mary Sinclair. Thomas Galbreath was in charge of the com contest and Paul Balmer, teacher in the Agriculture Department of So fcmeo High School, was the Judge.
