sumers’ food dollar ever
finds its way to the fanner,”
he said, adding, ‘’We’ve got
to get that story across to
the consumer.”
After describing the so
called master plan, which was
proposed several years ago by
Senator Russell of the U.S.
Senate, Biggs asked, “Is this
the program we want? We’ll
have to decide pretty soon,”
he warned; “Those consumers
aren’t picketing the food mar
kets for nothing ”
