operating in the Delaware Val
ley area, to a maiket-wide
milk pool.

The Secretary of Agriculture
had based his desire to abolish
the handler pool system in the
area on the grounds that the
milk marketing order which
controlled it was enforceable

recently named by Governor
William Scranton, will hold
its first meeting October 25.
