Fish and Conserva tion Commissioners announced recently at their annual meet ing in Kansas City, Missouri. Pennsylvania’s program, in itiated by the Game Commis sion in cooperation with the National Rifle Association in 1958, has trained 96,053 persons In the safe handling of fire arms.
