Farmers Urged To Use CAP Wildlife Clause The Wildlife Advisory Board in its initial meeting this week emphasized the importance of the long-term conservation aspects of the Cropland Adjustment Pro gram in increasing wildlife habitat and recreational pos sibilities. Under OAjP, farmers who agree to open their hand to the public for hunting, trap ping, Ashing, and hiking may be offered an additional in centive payment.
