port in Lancaster Farming
again this year, and some con
sideration was given to putting
the report out in brochure
form next year.
The meeting of the district
directors with the Lancaster
County Planning Commission
which was canceled by the re
cent snow storm has not as
yet been rescheduled. The direc
tors hope for a March date.
In other business, county
conservationist Wayne Mafesch
reported on work done by his
Soil Conservation Service office
last month. Eighty-one land
owners were contacted,
Maresch said, and of these, 33
■were helped to apply practices.
