1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
Cook corn and asparagus
separately In unsalted water.
In a small saucepan, blend
sour cream with onion, vine
gar, Blue cheese and salt.
Stir over low heat until hot.
Drain vegetables thoroughly;
arrange on hot platter arid
dot with butter. Pour hot
sauce over vegetables.
This hot sour cream sauce
is delicious also served on
hot baked potato, broccoli,
or green beans.
