Cook rice according to di
rections on package. Drain.
Slice eggs in half. Remove
yolks and mash -with fork.
Hix in Vt teaspoon salt, mus
tard, vinegar, and sour cream.
Heap yolk mixture lightly in

flour. Gradually stir in milk
