North of Shippensburg.
Farm No. 1 Farm located along the road from Shippens
burg to Mongul and Roxbuiy near the Village of Mongul in
Southampton Township, Franklin County, Penna., containing
approximately 157 acres. Having thereon erected a large frame
bam with implement shed and corn crib, hog pen, and dwell
ing house, House with bath, farm in high state of production,
Borough of Shippensburg water supply available.
Farm No. 2 Farm located in Southampton Township,
Franklin County, Penna., adjoining above farm, containing ap
proximately 284 acres. Having thereon erected a large stone
house, large barn, chicken house, garage, cow barn, hog pen,
corn crib, and implement shed Water supply from large spring
bath in house, farm in high state of production. Contains sizable
woodland and pasture land, limestone ground.
