At the regular monthly meet
ing of the Society of Farm
Women, Group No 3, held re
cently at the home of Mrs.
Ivan Eberly of Ephrata RI,
final plans were made for a
bus trip to Atlantic City. The
buses will leave the Lincoln.

cer dressing committee re
ported that dressings are need
ed by the Cancer Society, and
plans were started to work

the food stand at the Ephrata
Street Fair which will be held,
from September 22-25.

was appointed to select of
ficers for 1986. They are Mfs.
Robert Hodlmger, Mrs. Esther
Petticoffer, and Mrs. Frank
Snyder,
The guest speaker was Mrs.
Kenneth Bshelman of Cones
toga R 2, a past county presi
dent. She reviewed the book,
“The Time of the End,” by
Kathryn Dougherty.
The next meeting will be
held on September 18 at the
Educational Bldg, of Salem
Lutheran Church, Lincoln.
Members of Group 16 will be
guests.
