during the Center’s more
prosperous times.
'Several members comment
ed privately that they were
sad to see all the equipment
sold. Especially so in the fear
that poultrymen in the coun
ty would get the mistaken
idea that the Association was
dead. They, stressed that this
was not the case. They will
continue to meet and be ac
tive The only thing that has
changed is that they will no
longer do so in the old fa
miliar surroundings.
A FINAL FAREWELL was said this week to the old Lancaster County
Poultry Center, long-time home of the county Poultry Association The building,
shown at top left, has been sold. About 30 of the members turned out Monday
evening to help prepare the Assn’s equipment for sale. They are shown hard, at
