Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup chill sauce
1 package 01% ounces) dry

% teaspoon salt

cut in triangles
■ Place milk, eggs and short

Peel onion; cut in %-inch
slices. Separate to form rings.
Place in bowl; eover with
milk and let stand 15 minutes.
Drain. Dip onion rings in pan
cake mix. Fry in hot deep fat
(375 degrees) 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Makes 4 servings
