projects that needed the at

of our time in Bahia observ
ing these projects. The great
majority of them required fi

During our three days of
travel throughout the interior
of Bahia, we had an opportun
ity to see many acres of land,

grasses and brush and consid

bushes The rural towns and'
ullages are veiy depressed

The people of Bahia are
friendly toward Americans
and feel that we can help
them, 'they have a large, un
der developed country with
many potentials. In my opin

needs lor these folks; follow
