The horse sale on Jan. 11
showed 163 head selling at an
active and Stronger rate. Rid
ing horses brought 80-240;
driving horses, 85-215; killers,

the Jan. 11 sale, and sold at
50 cents higher. Market .hogs
retailed for 18.50-20; Whole
tale (U.S. 1-3), 17.75-1845;
heavyweights, 17-17.50. Sows
brought 11.50-15.
At the calf sale on Jan. 11
a steady trend was noted as
the 60 head were sold. Choice
and Prime brought 35-88.50;
Good and Low Choice, 31-
34.50; Standard, 26-50.50; Com
mon, 15-20.
